Ms. Word 2007: Preparing your document to distribute/share (delete all private data, add digital signiture,…)

When we want to share our document to public or to someone, we should consider whether you want

– to  check the properties of the document (e.g. author, title, comment, status) ……..”Properties”

– to make your document as “Final document” so no one can modify it? ……………..”Mark as Final”

– to check and delete any private data enclosed in document?……………………………..”Inspect Document”

– to add or view digital signature so if there is someone modifying the document the receiver will know that?………..”Add Signature”

In Ms. Word 2007, You can do all these thing using “Prepare” feature:

Office Button > Prepare
