to make Referencing and Citation using Ms. Word 2007

Actually for referencing and citation I prefer to use EndNote application.

Ms. Word 2007 Bibiliography allows us:

– to create sources

– to add citations

– automatically generate a bibliography

The steps are:

1. to create/add a new source:

on ‘References’ Tab – “Citation & Bibliography” group > “Manage Source” button


2. to insert a citation:

– Choose the Bibliography Style

– Place the insertion point

– on ‘References’ Tab – “Citation & Bibliography” group > “Insert Citation” button


3. to create a bibliography :

put the insertion point on the desired place (usually in the end of the document)…Click “Bibliography” button (‘References’ tab-“Citation & Bibliography” group) > “Insert Bibliography”
