Inserting an Excel Worsheet or Graph or other Objects

Very easy to insert or to paste an object onto Ms. Words document:

Just copy the object from the source’s application and paste on our Words document. Better to use”Edit” >  “Paste Special” (because we can have options below)

However, there are 2 options to paste the object:

1. just “Paste” … it will insert the object as embedded object (the object is stored in the Words document and no link to source file –> so if the source is changed, no update for the Word document)

2. “Paste Link“…it will insert the object as linked object (the object is stored in the source document and there is link to source file –> so if the source is changed, it will update for the Word document: right click – ‘update link’ )
